PTFE (more commonly known as Teflon) is an extremely resilient plastic, ideal for schroef machine onderdelen that require high impact strength and durability. It has excellent resistance to frictional wear, weathering, flame, heat, chemical, and radiation. Unlike nylon, it has a very low moisture absorption rate, making it suitable for use in wet environments.

Brief intrduction for PTFE/ Telfon: 

 PTFE is a white, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic powder, commonly known as "Plastic King". It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, airtightness, high lubrication and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good anti-aging resistance. High temperature resistance, the working temperature can reach 250 degree . Low temperature resistance, good mechanical toughness at low temperature, even if the temperature drops to -196 degree , it can maintain 5 percent elongation.
